Part Time Office Manager

Tiro Partners is an exciting Technical Recruitment start up based in Clapham Old Town, currently with 11 consultants including two founders and looking to grow in the New Year.

We are looking for an Office/Operations Manager part time, to cover temporary maternity leave, starting early in the New Year and ending June/July 2017.

The role is part-time, 15 hours a week and office based, split across 4-5 days and can easily fit around school hours.

You need to organised, hardworking, have good attention to detail and a sense of humour!

Main responsibilities are outlined below but you don’t necessarily need experience in all of these, just be competent at administrative duties.

  • Administering new contracts and extensions for Clients and Candidates
  • Monthly Contractor Payroll
  • Monthly Consultant Commission
  • Monthly Invoicing of Clients
  • Sending letters to Debtors
  • Ad hoc payment of invoices
  • Updating Database with Candidates CV’s
  • Management of Online Training Portal
  • HR Assistant Duties
  • Ad hoc projects
