About the Role:
As an IT Field Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier service in PC (Windows), software, network, and hardware troubleshooting. The role involves extensive travel to medical centres and hospital across Southern Germany (Bavaria). Midweek overnight stays will be likely, and some weekend work during busy periods. Periodic travel to other DACH regions may also be required.
*Full expense framework; i.e. overtime payments, car benefit, travel/fuel and per diem /food allowance
*This is a Field position covering Bavaria and will require up to 75% travel.

Your Responsibilities:
• Install, support, and maintain their product range.
• Conduct site surveys and provide on-site/reactive support.

• Carry out installations in accordance with company procedures.

Technical Skills Required
• Prior experience as a Technically qualified IT Field Engineering / IT service Engineer
• Strong hardware diagnostic skills, including PC hardware (replacing PC components)

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional team.
• Experience of Installing Desktops / Desktop imaging
