Tiro Partners fuels Arrival’s AI-driven revolution with over 15 key hires, becoming their leading talent partner across multiple divisions.

Tiro Partners was engaged to help Arrival kick off a Rapid Engineering Division; an AI Driven Machine Learning application to re-imagine the way vehicles are designed.

Tiro successfully sourced the first Key hire, a Chief Product Officer to lead the whole platform.

Tiro continued to supply key hires, and placed over 15 of the initial team made up of but not limited to CTO, Technical Lead, Software Engineers, Functional Programmers, SRE, Product Managers, Machine Learning Engineers & Data Scientist.

As a result Tiro became the leading supplier, and worked across a number of Arrivals divisions including Robotics & Engineering.
