Tiro first engaged with Rimac back in June 2021. They were looking for a specialist recruiter who could fill both UK & European positions across their Engineering functions. With the EV Divisions core focus being working across businesses like Rimac our capabilities linked well to their extensive hiring goals over the next few years.
Having started to build a relationship with the Head of Mechanical Engineering and the HR Business Partners we identified the best approach to supporting their extensive growth plans. Utilising our extensive network and sourcing tools we were able to place several engineers into the business both on the UK & Croatia side.
Tiro has so far successfully placed 16 engineers across multiple functions within the business all on a permanent basis. These engineers range in experience across Mechanical, Electrical, Control Systems, Battery Systems and Manufacturing.
